Our Story
Covalent started out of a research project studying the detrimental effects of the skills gap on industrial workplaces. After working with hundreds of employers, we built a software platform to help unearth and leverage untapped skill data.

We’re a growing team dedicated to helping employers increase their workforce agility and for individual employees to reap the benefits. Our team is comprised of problem solvers with diverse backgrounds including technical training and industrial engineering. We are agile operators who work towards our goals with humility and integrity. We hold ourselves accountable to our customers, our team, and our ecosystem.
